Use My Phone tools and private Sign testing

Use only devices, documents and recipient addresses you are authorised to use. Do not impersonate another person, forge a signature, send unwanted invitations, upload malicious files or attempt to access another account. Keep account credentials and private links secure; anyone holding a recipient link may be able to act as that recipient.
Access is limited to approved testers. Features and availability can change, and the service has not completed its production acceptance programme. Keep independent copies of important documents and do not rely on private testing for time-critical or specialist legal execution.
You are responsible for deciding whether electronic execution is appropriate and obtaining required consent, authority, witnesses and other formalities. We do not inspect documents for their legal meaning or provide legal advice. In England and Wales, an electronic signature can execute many documents where authentication is intended and applicable formalities are met; some documents require additional steps. This service is not a qualified electronic-signature service or a universal substitute for specialist execution. See the Law Commission’s guidance and obtain professional advice where necessary.
Any subscription price, billing interval and taxes are shown at checkout before purchase. Manage cancellation and billing controls from your account. Cancelling a subscription does not delete documents. Confirmed account erasure also requests subscription cancellation; a completed erasure receipt confirms provider cleanup, while a pending or failed receipt requires follow-up. Stripe may retain financial records for legal purposes. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
You retain your rights in uploaded content and permit the processing needed to provide the requested service. Save completed documents before their retention period ends. Our privacy notice describes storage, deletion and provider processing.
