Security
The point of a signature is that it holds up later. That means knowing where a document lives, who touched it, and when it goes away.
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Download links are single-purpose, expiring capabilities — never a guessable file path.
Sent, opened, signed, declined, downloaded — each with a timestamp and originating address, kept alongside the completed document.
Choose how long an envelope is retained. When the clock runs out the file is deleted from storage, not merely hidden from a list.
Reading a customer document requires a named administrator, a fresh authenticator code and a recorded reason. The view lasts ten minutes, is watermarked, and is logged.

Electronic signatures are recognised in the United Kingdom under the Electronic Communications Act 2000 and across the EU under eIDAS. What matters if a signature is ever questioned is the evidence behind it, so every envelope keeps a completion record of who signed, when, and from which address. We are not a law firm — if your document has particular formal requirements, check them first.
